Sustainability at RSM Australia

I guess the building is pretty strict with waste management for our company.

I've read of the company's initiatives not just nationally but globally, and i look forward to being of that in my local office here at Port Lincoln.

Could be better. We tried implementing a better waste management system, particularly for recycling, but it was put on hold because the senior leadership want to remodel the office first (but there's no timeline for that).

RSM tries to commit to sustainability.

Same as CSR, general company expectations for positive sustainability efforts - nothing I've worked on or been involved with specifically as a grad though.

We recycle, and the earnings go to donations for the cancer council.

We use A LOT of paper

Digitizing records + encouraging employees to use sustainable methods to transport to work

RSM has made some commitments in this area.

Not that I know of.

An average effort

Different bins allocated for the different types of waste. Recycling is encouraged around the workplace.

Recycle bins provided and other ways of reducing footprint.

Standard recycling procedures and etc.

They start to improve their digital storage and reduce physical waste

The company has a committee that is in charge of this. (I am unsure of what "efforts" they resort into this area. A&A is about 95% paper free which is great.
