Office & Workplace at RSM Australia

7.9
7.9 rating for Workplace, based on 90 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The office space (for our team) has dramatically improved due to the recent change in floors. Staff can now actually obtain a desk, and not be forced to sit around coffee tables with no monitors and poor chairs. The dress attire is still strict as to what you would expect in a professional service firm, however, a smart casual attire has slowly been finding its way into the workplace.

I really the office space and facilities. Dress code is quite relaxed here.

The location of the office is convenient, as it is located just across the road from the local SS&A carpark, meaning parking is simple and free. The office has decent size and good facilities, including standing desks for everyone and clean bathrooms. The dress code is business formal, but no ties are required, which is good

The office spaces are good, although it would be ideal to have a 1-to-1 ratio between desks and people. The facilities are great; the staff hub (where staff congregate to have lunch) is very nice. The dress code is quite relaxed; more often than not, people wear an RSM polo.

My commute to the office is relatively short and is equipped with all necessities.

The dress code is professional and Fridays is cool cos we can rock up in our golf t-shirts which is always a welcome change.

The Office is very good. The furnish, location, views and facilities are great. The only issue I have with it is the flex desk systems, which sometimes results in people from other areas use our team's desks. In other works, believe there should be a more dedicated setup for each team.

The office, location and facilities are all very good. The dress code seems to vary with some people dressing borderline casual and others dressing formally.

Space is getting small, considering more staff have come onboard in the last year. The External audit space in particular is small and does not have enough seats/desks for all external audit staff when we are all in the office. The office space itself is a bit old and outdated, could use a refresh. Dress code is corporate wear when you're client facing, and neat smart-business otherwise.

Very high quality, comfortable, and convenient location in the city.

Good location and facilities at current office, if not on the smaller side with office numbers growing. No hard hot desking, people sat according to division even with clean desk policy to allow movement around the office. Dress code is professional, casual on Fridays but lenient to any professional attire. New office in the coming months will be a big and much appreciated upgrade.

The offices are great. Most of us have our own cubicles but there are more than 2 in each where in mine there is 4 of us. And for someone who has just started, sitting with others will greatly improve their ability and productivity. Only managers have their own offices but their door is always open, so they are always ready to help when not too busy. The dress code is work clothes and casual work clothes.

The offices are incredibly new, clean and have all necessary utilities.

Good location, could have more facilities

It is a bit old and ugly - grey and maroon when it could be grey and blue/green. Some office plants would be nice, or a fresh coat of paint. But overall it is fine, bathrooms are always clean, as is the kitchen generally. Dress code is business casual so really easy and nice.

I know that Busselton has a plan in the mid term future to upgrade to a bigger office. However, the current office has 2 operating toilets and an operating kitchen. We have brand new desks and monitors which are really nice to have. The Location is good, it is a 7 minute drive to work, which is convenient for me. The dress code is a professional dressing, I wear a button up shirt with office pants and a black belt with black shiny shoes. I believe by dressing up nice, shows that you're proud to be working at RSM and proud to be working as an Accountant, it makes clients feel like we care, and that is what we want our clients to think.

The old office was pretty poor but the new office is very goood
Undergraduate, Wagga - 18 Jul 2024
Our office space is clean, well kept and tidy. The parking is a small risk as we have to park on the street so the possibility of getting a ticket is present. Our dress code is business-wear Mon-Thurs and casual (but still respectable) on Fridays. This is like Jeans and collared shirt etc.

Too small and we have to compete for desk spaces some weeks. We are moving offices soon but no information has been provided on this.
