Career progression at this company seems to be largely based on time served rather than pure aptitude. While this system means that there isn't a hyper-competitive or cutthroat environment, it also leaves me as a new grad a little underwhelmed by the career progression potential. Salary seems to also increase slower than average over time, but it begins higher than other starting points.

Unsure of how the promotion process works, but there is a clear pathway to management ranks

locked in the grad program for 2 years minimum so definitely takes a bit longer to move up. Also seems like it takes much longer to move up the ranks when comparing to a consultancy anyway
