My current manager seems to be a bit slack in addressing some of my admin-related needs, seeming to be always too busy to worry about me as a graduate. However, I know many other managers in the company are much more attentive and supportive. The company also has a paired mentoring program which seems beneficial thus far. Performance feedback is done through a fairly structured and regimented annual program.

Managers are often very busy, but the mentoring program is great at opening communication lines with Level 2-4 managers. It helps bridge the gap and makes managers more personable to graduates

The company has a great mentoring program. Managers vary in popularity, but rotational work means you're never stuck with a bad manager for too long

really depends on the leader or manager, my last group had really good ones that I couldn't really fault, however in some of my other roles it has been a bit mixed
