Career Prospects at Service Stream

No promotion still. Better guidance and spot on relevant materials.

Been working as graduate engineer for 15 months now and my graduate program recently started 6 months ago so not sure how long does it gonna take to move up the ranks.

Work is recognized and appreciated. Feedback is asked and is taken seriously.

I am unsure of the promotion opportunities available. Once I complete my graduate role, I understand there is likely a job offer, however, from then onwards I am unsure

Technical skills/Qualification/Hard Work are all optional. Just be good at small talks....... Even better if one can become a Apple-polisher.

Ability. Attitude.

It's too early for me to decide anything, but I can see my other colleagues, who have been working from long time, are promoted from graduate level to manager level with short interval of time. So, it appears to me that there are promotion opportunities if employee contributes to the company. In my opinion, collaboration, communication and precise work method can help move up the ranks.

Only started 3 months ago, not really get into this yet.

I still haven't got promoted. I am still waiting to work on my own projects, rather than getting bits and pieces from everyone.
