Everybody love and respect each other.

Flexible and the hierarchy does not appear to be rigid.

There is some room for improvement for structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork.

Everyone is really supportive. Everybody respects each other as well as understand the importance work life balance and sense of community.

In the office, the culture is very friendly and supportive. Outside of work, there is not much culture

cooperation and teamwork are extremely important in Peninsula Link. Team always works together on interdisciplinary tasks, utilizing each other's expertise to achieve common goals. We always plan work with collaboration with all team of the project. Overall, in the office, Peninsula Link promotes a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Everyone in the company promotes open communication and accessibility across all levels, which makes the hierarchy and structure quite flat. After hours, socializing amongst colleagues varies but is often made through corporate events and meet up.

All the staffs are friendly and supportive even though they are from different culture. They respect each and other norms and values.
