cooperation and teamwork are extremely important in Peninsula Link. Team always works together on interdisciplinary tasks, utilizing each other's expertise to achieve common goals. We always plan work with collaboration with all team of the project. Overall, in the office, Peninsula Link promotes a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Everyone in the company promotes open communication and accessibility across all levels, which makes the hierarchy and structure quite flat. After hours, socializing amongst colleagues varies but is often made through corporate events and meet up.
