I manage TAMP linemarking. My day-to-day responsibilities include: 1- Delivery of this year's program which includes TCS site, longlines, school zones, Pedestrian crossings, RRPMS and Pavement markings. 2- Tracking the completion of work. This includes photos ITPs and other relevant documents. 3- Maintenance of linemarking budget (so as to avoid overspending) 4- Forecasting of the value of work for upcoming weeks/months. 5- Preparing WORK ORDERS, PERCHASE ORDERS for all 6 subcontractors. 6- Managing the observations sent by TfNSW and internal (CS), making sure they are sorted asap. This includes talking to the subcontractors and getting the work awarded to them based on the availability and allocated zones. Once the work is completed, i send the evidence to Customer and Stakeholder teams. 7- Developing the award strategy for the program. 8- Ensuring each subcontractor is busy in their different zones with suitable amount of work. 9- Sorting out the access issues for the subcontractors- This may involve traffic management, dealing with other internal teams such as Maintenance, ITS team, Structures and special projects Teams 10- Managing the planning and delivery of special project linemarking request, which are sent by TfNSW. It involves doing the linemakring with the new guidelines and raising a separate a Purchase order. 11- Updating the cost codes in the payment claims of the subcontractors. 12-Scoped, finalized and awarded the 800k worth of Raised pedestrian crossings in the harbour zone.

My responsibilities include: 1. Asset management: Every day I do inspection of defects with the help of asset manager and inspector. I evaluate the defects depending on the intervention level provided on contract. 2. Planning: After evaluation, we decide it the defect rectification is within our capability, if not then we sub-contract the defect rectification. Where I raise PO with Sub-contractor, review their SWMS, induct everyone working on site, do risk assessment of the job, provide traffic management (depending on the type and location of job) supervise them on site and documents all process. 3. Maintenance: If the defect rectification is within our capability, then we carry out all above procedures with our maintenance crews.
