Leadership training and contractrual training are pretty helpfuly for the business and not really had a chance to atten development program yet.

Various training (HSEQ/ IT etc). Evolution series to grasp a better understanding of what each graduate is learning.

most of my training has been informal but it has been very progessive as to challenge my ability to grow and build solid foundational skills by providing strong support without overloading too much work

I have had FIRST AID AND CPR training. I have had multiple sites visits to observe the linemarking and pavement works.

There is no formal training yet, but the company does provide different informal training depending on the skill that I need. For example, after I joined the company, I find everything new from work culture to software. So, I have been trained to use different software informally. Also, there is a formal training available, which I was recently advised. Which could be a short course to align with my interest in the company.

All of the training is informal but senior staff will always be available to answer questions.

Overall, it is good.
