kind of skewed - lots of east Asian grads and ASMs, but upper management is all white. No diversity in anything else. People always leave working here at senior level. Forced AL during Christmas shut down is bad

We have a team full of differing cultures and beliefs along with both men and women in a range of different roles making the office a diverse workplace.

I feel like we a diverse, I think it is a male dominated field, but there are still quite a few females. We have a few people on maternity leave at the moment. From what I know there is no child care.

I have been told about several staff members who have not lasted long with SW due to their behaviour towards women. SW makes an effort to provide its staff with an inclusive environment and doesn't tolerate staff who will disrupt that culture.

I feel like there definitely needs to be more communication on diversity with both the message of diversity as well as letting people be themselves and embracing that

There is a pretty equal gender diversity in the workplace with different backgrounds and ethnicities.
