I'm pretty satisfied with the amount of work I've received.

My day-to-day responsibilities include preparing FBT returns, BASs, Income Tax Returns for companies and individuals as well as liaising with clients

Audit

My role is a graduate in the BPCA division. Each day is different, but any day can include the following: - emails and phone calls with clients and colleagues - individual tax returns - Preparation of company and trust financials and tax returns, along with business and instalment activity statements - company secretarial work such as amending officeholder details, issuing or transferring shares or appointing a new director. - Setting up new entities - Calling the ATO and ASIC about queries

My main role is to ensure that the clients that are companies are up to date with ASIC and send out their annual review. I also deal with the ATO on ABN & TFN applications and general administration. I also do BAS and Compliance (Financials & Tax Returns) work as well. I feel like majority of my time is spent dealing with general administration tasks so I'm not fully able to develop my accounting skills.

Did separate tasks for the first few months and now moving on to bookings with doing entire sessions myself.

Most days I will start by reading through any unread emails and establish my priorities for the day. I will often be working on an entities financial reports or tax return. I also perform other tasks including payroll, bookkeeping, and calls to the ATO.

I am a junior auditor and am responsible for audit testing of financial balances.

Working on income tax returns for family business and companies, as well as some trust returns.

Day-to-day I complete a number of different tasks, ranging from tax returns to ASIC forms. I usually do a number of smaller tasks throughout the day.

Day to Day is really difficult to summarise as I feel like everyday I am doing something different or just random jobs is well that only take a couple of hours. it really fluctuates

They vary day to day and some can be more challenging. As I am gaining more experience I am able to take on more responsibility and confidence which makes it easier.

This is really hard to describe as I feel like I'm usually doing 100 things in one day but it probably comes down to helping my managers with tasks as they come and doing compliance work.
