they're not very accessible and don't help much or really talk to you. expect you to figure it out

they are good mentors providing guidance extra support , quick catch ups, provide feedback in a timely manner

My manager is very accessible, she works at home 3 days a week and is always willing to help you when you have an issue. She does make a good mentor as she takes in everything that you tell her and how you are feeling at work.

My managers are great. they make time to see how I am doing and provide assistance when required. I haven't really received much feedback other than on my specific work for things I need to amend.

I feel like my managers are very approachable they are always willing to help out and teach me what do to if I'm unsure. Usually, they write review points within an email and then call me on teams/ come over and talk me through what I've done and what needs to be fixed.

All the managers I have in touch with now are very patient and helpful, they teach working techniques and let you aware with the parts need to be focused on.

My manager is consistently in the office and sits near me. I can easily ask for assistance and I understand my priorities. I have received feedback during my bi-monthly meetings. I don't ask for feedback outside of the performance appraisal process.

My managers are very accessible and easy to talk to. They are good mentors and are often updating me on my progress and how I am going in my role. In the first 6 months, performance reviews are every second month which is a nice structure, but I receive informal feedback a lot more regularly in between those.
