What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
WAY BELOW MARKET RATE! They insist they pay market rate but that's a lie. $30/h salary is nothing
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Aug 2024
I think the pay is industry standard for a graduate so I'm not dissatisfied with it
Graduate, Sydney - 23 Aug 2024
I am satisfied with my pay at the moment, as it is higher than general graduate positions. I think my salary reflects the work that I do. I have not received any bonuses, but I have received a $500 clothing bonus which was a good incentive.
Graduate, Sydney - 21 Aug 2024
Pay is relatively low compared to bigger firms, however, this is to be expected given the size of the firm.
Graduate, Melbourne - 20 Aug 2024
As a Grad you are not making amazing money but that is just how it is - you will get the same everywhere you go. You will just have to work hard so you can climb the ladder to earn a larger salary.
Graduate, Perth - 19 Aug 2024
I feel like the pay is below average even though they say that they are at market value. I'm not sure how bonuses work, however I'm not sure if we do get them.

Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Aug 2023
There are no bonuses as far as I know. My salary is okay. I would expect it to be higher considering the qualifications required. Moreover, the qualifications I will continue and am expected to continue to acquire don't seem to increase my salary by a lot. I know a teacher who makes more than me and works less than me and they are only a graduate teacher.
Graduate, Melbourne - 07 Aug 2023
I think the pay is poor as compared to other firms.
