Working Hours at SW Accountants & Advisors

SW has been flexible with working arrangements applying WFH a couple days a week. Hours tend to be typical 7.5 working hours a day.

Not flexible at all. Lured in with the prospect of remote working only for it to be taken away when we started. Everyone is expected to do 9 -5 with an hour lunch and look at you funny if you leave early (i.e. take a shorter lunch). People expect you to be contactable after hours.

we work 3 days in office/client office and 2 days from home which is a great balance

Everyone is not that strict with the office hours as long as we work 7.5 hours which is standard. Also, with my role as a graduate, I don't work overtime which I'm pretty satisfied with.

My work hours are really flexible as we can start at any time we like between 8-9 and then once we finish our 7.5 hours we can leave. Overtime is not expected in the workplace. If you have an appointment you can always just notify your manager and then get it approved and leave early.

My team and in particular my manager are really supportive and understanding if something arises which may mean you can't make it into the office. Everyone understands that life happens, and things can get in the way of work.

I usually will work from around 8:30 to 5 or 5:15 and take a lunch break for an hour. The company I wouldn't say is every flexible with their work hours in the sense that everyone should be working from around 9-5, however if we need to go to an appointment than usually we can take time to go and do that, but we wouldn't say be allowed to work a 7-3:30. I also feel like we have to spend a lot of it within the actual office rather than working from home.

The company's rule is to come to office or at clients for at least three days a week, thus there is quite a bit flexibility and if I need extra days work from home where I let my manager know and usually its permitted.

Our work hours are quite flexible. I work standard hours, but some people come in early or late and are able to do their 8 hours and leave.

Given the nature of audit, the expectation is that the work be finished by the set deadline. However, up until this point I have yet to work any overtime and management are very understanding regarding flexibility.

sometimes working overtime is a must when it comes to bust periods. There will also be some non-peak period where we could take some time off if required.

They are very flexible, if I have appointment or commitment, I am able to easily make up the time. And work from home if I am not able to make it into the office on the allocated days.

My work hours are from 9 to 5:30 and my company is very flexible when it comes to hours, they are not strict with start and finishing times as long as the hours are completed.

I'm always doing my hours, if not more all in the office. There has been some flexibility however early on when it comes to the occasional WFH day

I think we are pretty flexible, managers are generally happy to accommodate if you have appointments and need to work different hours if there is some notice.

The work hours seem flexible however I haven't taken full advantage of the flexibility just coming into the office every day from 8:20 to 5:30

Flexible. if I work late, I can finish early another time. don't need to be in the office every day too

I am happy with my hours, the company is flexible with working from home.
