What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I am satisfied and appreciate the company.
Graduate, Perth - 29 Jul 2024
The pay is quite okay for a graduate and is quite nice with the roster. I am unsure on what the increases are each year which would be nice to know. With bonuses, I am unsure if we are going to be receiving them this year due to the circumstances in cease of production and cyclone damage.
Graduate, Bunbury - 15 Jul 2024
Pay is alright. But cost of living is insane right now.

The pay is pretty standard for my role, however working as an operator and not getting the same bonus' the operators do can be frustrating

great pay and great bonuses

It's obvious for a starter: Nothing mor to demand instead of focusing on learning and building up skills. 10% increment after 1 year is motivating. Definitely we can demand more after graduate programs.

Given the inflation is rising where everything is expensive from rent to fuels and groceries. The base pay offered to the graduates is relatively less compared with other mining graduate programs. It should be at have a base pay of $110K per annum.

It seems logistical and fair
Graduate, Wollongong - 05 May 2023
For a graduate engineer, I am satisfied with my salary
Graduate, Collie - 04 May 2023
Paid less than industry standard because of location. Bonus is tied to the company's performance and can lessen amount earnt due to factors outside of individual performance
Graduate, Wollongong - 04 May 2023
As a regional mining job, better packages required.
Midlevel, Perth - 05 Apr 2023
They are reasonable, but lower compared to engineering specific graduate programs.

I have not explored or been exposed to any yet and I am not sure of what they are sorry.
Graduate, Bunbury - 15 Jul 2024
We don't get any perks that are worthwhile in my opinion. Salary sacrifice sounds look a good idea, but it turns out bad.
