Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Compliance checks for exchanged and new deals
- Assist in the project settlement process
- Sales offers and advice preparation
- Review documentation and contracts
- Assist in bookings for Settlements
- Organising meetings and documentation
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has shown outstanding academic performance
- Doesn’t know everything, but can quickly learn and apply new knowledge
- Currently undertaking study in Law, Property, Property Investment, Property Development or any related course
- Understands appropriate property legislation and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
