Career Prospects at Steadfast Group

As an actuarial student, this internship is the perfect opportunity to advance my career. I now have a head start into the actuarial and insurance industry. Furthermore, I can graduate from university and enter the full-time work stage with at least a year of incredible experience.

I am not too certain on career progression yet as I have only been here for 6 months. I have some idea of what the progression of different roles are and where I can go from there with them. But I need to complete my grad program and see where I am before I can provide a definitive answer.

There is a lot of opportunity at Steadfast. Many ex graduates are still employed and some are in leadership roles already.

There seems to be many pathways through the company, and networking is very beneficial in the company. At this stage, I feel confident that I will land in a good spot after I finish my program.

Based on discussions with others, it's clear that the insurance industry, including Steadfast, offers a multitude of opportunities for career growth and advancement.

At Steadfast, you will get promoted after the grad program. You will work with the HR team to find a role within the company you would like. Steadfast has even created roles for Grad Students depending on strengths. It is a company that supports the younger generation so promotional opportunities are frequent.
