Culture at Steadfast Group

As a full-time university student, I was initially very concerned about whether I could maintaining my studies during this internship. However, I am very grateful to my team leader for his support and consideration throughout my stressful exam periods. His constant reassurance of my efforts and prioritization of my studies has been extremely helpful. Furthermore, the rest of my team are very patient with my continuous questions and insightful advice.

Positive work culture with many opportunities to collaborate in teams.

I believe the culture at steadfast is outstanding. I have not met anyone that has not been genuine or inviting to me in the workplace. Even though we rotate as apart of the program, I have been able to make friends and work colleges along the way. After hours I have not had too much involvement with the majority of teams I have worked with. Occasionally there is a work event or a going away party and I have always had a good time.

The culture at Steadfast is great. It is a very encouraging and positive environment. It often doesn't feel like there is any intense hierarchy, as the leadership is very down to earth.

The friendliness and approachability of everyone contributes to a welcoming and relaxed environment. The proactive approach to organizing events for various occasions underscores a commitment to bringing the company together and fostering a sense of community among employees.

Steadfast's culture is very welcoming. There are different sporting opportunities from touch footy to netball & even Dragon Boat racing. We have a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team as well as a Reconciliation Action Plan team. The Sydney office hosts lunches for different events such as Taco Tuesday, Christmas in July & even Halloween.

The culture is very supportive and everyone is willing to help when you're unsure of something. The organisational structure is flatter than a usual ASX100 which contributes to the family feel and people know who you are. Steadfast supports networking between all divisions and departments by hosting events.
