As a minority myself, I feel well-respected at Steadfast.

I don't have much to comment on this as I think steadfast is doing a good job with respect to diversity. I have not seen anything that I thought was out of place or unfair. I think this is reflected with how the company has such a great retention rate of staff. If there was something wrong I believe that it would be apparent and talked about amongst the staff.

Steadfast is very committed to diversity. They have a diversity committee and have many events to become involved with it. They also have a very visible female development program in place to create the next generation of female leaders.

There is a dedicated diversity and inclusion committee that meets regularly to explore ways to enhance the company's inclusivity. Additionally, the active involvement in various initiatives and attendance at events in support of women, ethnic minorities, and the LGBT community reflects a commitment to promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Steadfast has a committee who ensure diversity is a priority and everyone is welcome and safe at work. At steadfast we have a 50/50 split between male and female staff. All employees are treated and respected equally and fairly regardless of sex, gender, religious views, ethnicity etc.
