Working Hours at Steadfast Group

Put simply, they are very flexible here. As a university student, I typically work two days a week during semesters. At a seasonal level, I am able to take more time off to study when approaching exam periods and work more days (usually 4 per week) when on holidays.

Work hours are exceptionally flexible. I have never had an issue with any team or rotation with working hours. Working from home is greatly appreciated as well as it allows me to maximize my personal life experience alongside work commitments.

2 days a week are working from home, and it is not expected that you work long hours. work life balance is excellent

Steadfast has 3 days in the office & 2 days' work from home. The graduate program is full time 9 - 5. However, there are opportunities within Steadfast to work Part-time.

Quite flexible hours. It is very helpful that we are able to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Steadfast recognizes the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and encourages workplace flexibility. As long as the work is completed within the standard working hours, there is room for some flexibility in how tasks are managed.

Steadfast offer hybrid WFH and in-person work weeks. They are quite flexible.
