What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay for us grads was already higher than what other companies were offering. It was transparently put out on the ads, so we had a clear idea of what we were getting. In addition to that, we have STIs and LTIs, which depend on the performance of the business as well as our departments, so we get paid those on top of our base salary.

It's better than how much grads are earning in most other states, from what I can google
Graduate, Sydney - 06 Aug 2024
It's pretty good for a grad salary
Graduate, Brisbane - 06 Aug 2024
Bonuses are good but the pay should match market competitors.

Bonus was low but I had only been working at the company for 6 months. The general pay seems kind of low in relation to my field of work, but all grad positions pay similar.

bonuses and superannuation are calculated into our salary which makes it look better than it is. But base salary is average with the market.
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Jun 2024
Sit much lower than market

tiny bonuses pay is decent for grads

Understanding that I am in an entry level role, I would still appreciate a higher base rate of pay considering that my overall pay is inclusive of super. With the cost of living being quite high, and also living out of home, it can be hard to achieve my financial goals with my current pay. We are also eligible for a short-term incentive at the end of every financial year. This is a nice incentive however the real issues sit with my base pay.

I don't think pay is particularly good at Stockland for the amount of hours that we put in.

Pay is fair enough, and bonuses are achievable in most cases.
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jun 2024
Pay is standard salary and it's pretty transparent as a rough guide can always be found online.
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jun 2024
Pay is alright, definitely competitive compared to other graduate jobs
Graduate, Brisbane - 10 Jul 2023
Good incentive to achieve bonuses if you reach targets and perform well. But pay should be revisited to keep up with inflation etc.
Graduate, Brisbane - 06 Jul 2023
Above market standards

From the start, Stockland is open and transparent about the salary and bonuses, and you know what you are walking into. I am completely satisfied with what I am receiving. Who am I kidding, it is better than what I would have expected :)

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
We have some benefits available to employees for salary sacrificing for buying digital equipment on corporate prices for some vendors. Our leave policy is great. We get annual leave, personal leave, and other kinds like study and volunteering leave too. From time to time, my manager organises lunches for us as well.

Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Aug 2024

Graduate, Brisbane - 02 Aug 2024
Reimbursements for travel to our projects, being part of Rialto tower which holds different events
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Jun 2024
none
Graduate, Sydney - 25 Jun 2024
Stockland does partner with other businesses to provide perks, however not many are applicable to me.
Graduate, Sydney - 24 Jun 2024
I don't think the perks listed are perks - free lunches etc. aren't the ways to get people in. Think more thought should go to general workplace culture.
