Working Hours at Stockland

It is very flexible. We have two days at the office, which is Tuesday and Thursday, and occasionally, only when necessary, we come in on a third day too if we have a meeting with vendors or customers. My manager was okay with allowing me to work a different set of hours than the usual 9-5 when I requested.

I am in the office most days. Would like to WFH 1-2 days.

Within reason, we have the freedom to work where ever we want to. If you need to arrive late or leave early for whatever reason, teams are also super accommodating and I've never had any issues.

Flexibility is supported at Stockland and there is no expectation that people have to comply with a strict 9-5 workday. We are able to come earlier and leave earlier if needed (and vice-versa), work from home when and where appropriate, and there is no expectation to respond to emails after hours if others are still working.

We work off a 'Hub and Home' model. We have a base in which we work from a certain number of days per week, and then have the flexibility to work form home/other projects where necessary.

I work 9am to 5:30pm. The company is very flexible with starting and finishing hours. I think as long as you complete your tasks and work the required hours, there are no issues.
