Office & Workplace at Stockland

The office space is great. We have got great views of the city and the harbour. We are listened to when planning office interior designs. Surveys are sent out for the relevant questions. Plenty of indoor plants as well. We have a cafe, a reading area, resting area with massage chairs, praying area, and exercises area. There is a dress-for-your-day policy, so especially in my department, on most days, I wear very casual clothes. In the last two years, I only have had to wear formal clothes on one or two occasions.

Could use some upgrading.

Head office is large & accommodating. Has heaps of amenities and places to sit (both desk & leisure).

Excellent location. Great EOT facilities and wellness/fitness lounge. Lots of food and cafe options around the area, as well as proximity to public transportation.

The office location is excellent, conveniently situated near major public transportation options. The workspace is adequate, with some floors implementing a hot-desking system and providing lockers. Additionally, the office includes facilities for fitness and yoga. The dress code is generally business attire, though it may vary depending on the department.

While the main office is in Sydney the Brisbane office is still a great size and in a good location. Decent enough amenity.

The office is very new and always clean. I am very satisfied with the location and facilities, although space is limited with the amount of staff there is, especially given we are expecting a big growth in staff members soon with the recent acquisition. There are always a few staff members who cannot find a free desk with a monitor.

outdated and laid back dress

Although Stockland's Sydney head office is in a great location and is easily accessible, the office space is quite outdated as only a couple floors have been renovated. The working environment could be better improved by updating the office space throughout the building. Stockland does however have great facilities such as collaborative working spaces, nice meeting rooms and wellness facilities such as massage chairs, an exercise room, showers, and a recreational room. The dress code is flexible as Stockland has a 'dress for your work day' policy.

Feel a bit dated but they do the job.

The Office is quite nice, with good space for collaboration in meeting rooms, desks are spacious, it is clean. It is also in a great location, with many options for food, coffee and a park nearby to relax during lunch breaks. The dress code is dependent on teams, but generally business, except for Friday which is more business casual.

Large office facilities, accessible, good locations. Corporate / business wear is the general attire.

The Sydney Head Office is in Town Hall. It is a wonderful building. We have a fair bit of greenery. Amazing view of the city on our levels. A nice cafeteria with lovely people working there (Elle, Leah, and Christine are people that I know from the Cafeteria). We have wellness space, with yoga and boxing classes, fitness equipment, massage chairs, and a prayer room. Wonderful Kitchens with my favourite snacks (Trail Mix for me) :) The dress code is "Dress for your day", so on most days I wear very casual dress.

Nice new office with kitchen, plenty of meeting rooms, great views of the city and restaurants on ground floor. We usually wear casual business attire, with Fridays being a bit more casual than other days of the week.
