TAL's Actuarial teams partner with the business to deliver critical insights and play a key role in the business by providing advice in material business decisions. The Actuarial teams have three main functions – Finance Actuarial, Group Pricing & Individual Pricing & Value.

- Two-year full-time program commencing mid-February 2023
- The program consists of six-month rotations across our three Actuarial functions and one outside your selected discipline

As an Actuarial Graduate you will have:
- Strong academic record in an Actuarial related discipline
- Be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree or have completed your university studies within the past 12 months of applying. This is from the time you complete your final unit or subject, not 12 months from your graduation date.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Genuine contribution and acts of service within the Australian community
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, and advanced critical and creative thinking
- Proven professionalism, leadership readiness, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness
