Helping high school students learn about TAL and insurance.

TAL is committed to educating it's people on various topics such as NAIDOC week, and other cultural celebrations, while also giving back to the community such as volunteering opportunities for it's employees.

We are given a day-off each year to contribute to an charitable initiative Also have many cultural events at work, Aboriginal, other cultures, etc. and opportunities to mentor high school students via ABCN mentoring program.

TAL is committed to corporate responsibility - it has very rigorous ethical training.

I'm not sure about CSR but I do know that they have a lot of initiatives in general so I assume they are to do with CSR

TAL has a ESG framework, and sustainability is a big focus The main way TAL supports sustainability is through only investing in sustainable companies. They are also very big in DEI, and Community Partnerships as well.

TAL provides community leave time for all employees and lists out volunteering opportunities in the company's portal site

Host sessions for Aboriginal high school students, open to volunteering opportunities and social works

Support the community in many ways through the TAL Community Foundation, as well as being certified as carbon neutral for their operations. They are on their way to achieving more environmental milestones.
