My Managers are outstanding for the most part.

My managers have been supportive of my development and give good feedback.

From my experience, the managers are accessible but can at times be unavailable due to the nature of their role/team.

Management is good, most of the managers i have had throughout my rotations have been good at mentorship, although there is room for improvement. The room for improvement comes from those managers who have never managed a grad before and give limited work/opportunities due to not knowing how to lead a grad.

Managers of your team are almost always accessible, great mentors as they can discuss career pathways and how to get there and achieve it.

They are good managers and they always make sure they give positive feedback when due

My direct manager has been extremely helpful and provided a great introduction to the company, while still being flexible and catering to my needs as a new graduate. Other managers around the company are also very accessible and provide feedback willingly.

Managers have been extremely accessible and helpful in mentoring my development progress. My manager catches up with me regularly to provide feedback and ask about my experience so far.

I'm not sure about the other managers at my company as I have not met them all. I think my manager is great. I find my manager accessible and approachable, and she provides good advice. They give me the recognition I deserve and acknowledge the work I've done.

You have access to a lot of mentors and buddies. Lots of performance review, development plans and goal setting sessions. As well, monthly grad connect sessions to see how you are going in the grad program

Again, dependent on your team. Some managers are very busy, dont have as much time to train you. Others check up on you a lot and offer more guidance. But if you need help, they will help you, just need to reach out. Make good mentors.

Supportive managers. More regular check-ins would have been nice though.

The TAL Business Sponsors are really supportive and help you navigate how to choose your rotations, but also connect you with other leaders in the business depending on what areas you are interested in.

Very satisfied. My managers are always available and happy to take out time to give a hand and explain things to me. since there is a flat hierarchical structure it makes my bosses/managers easy to approach

yes they are very good mentors. they don't treat their own word as gospel and are open to feedback and improved ideas.

The managers are great, always looking out for us and giving us many opportunities. They are all very accessible for anything like advice or feedback.

, We have weekly catch-ups with our manager who checks in on how we're going and what we're working on. They will work to make sure we hit our goals and KPIs and adjust them to suit the circumstances.
