ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Sales Support Team leader, you will serve as a vital support resource for the Sales Support and Finance team, gaining exposure to various significant projects involving multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensure the accuracy of data through validation and organisation.
- Oversee the smooth processing of orders and obtain necessary approvals.
- Efficiently manage backorders and provide timely ETA updates.
- Skilfully coordinate deliveries, proactively addressing issues.
- Maintain up-to-date customer contact details.
- Responsively address customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams to support operations.
- Take charge of Accounts Receivable and collections.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes following company guidelines.
- Carry out general office administration tasks.
- Adapt to specific tasks related to projects and other directives from your manager.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, effective time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone etiquette.
- Capacity to perform under pressure.
- High motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- The ability to cultivate strong relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
