As an intern with the Power Systems Engineering team at Tesla, you will support a function playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Australia's energy landscape. Power Systems Engineering specialise in the National Electricity Market (NEM) connection studies, leveraging expertise to integrate battery energy storage systems into the grid. In this intern role, you'll have a unique opportunity to support Power Systems Engineering by negotiating Generator Performance Standards (GPS) with Network Service Providers (NSP) and the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This role is crucial in driving the commitment to sustainable energy solutions and grid reliability.
