In the second year, you will begin to develop your expertise as an Engineer. A mentor from outside your management chain will be provided over the duration to provide additional avenues for professional development.
The program focuses on developing talented graduates to help deliver tomorrow's high-tech solutions. Over the 18 months, you will engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, a graduate project and structured learning modules.
