Working alongside Project Management and Bid Management professionals you will have the opportunity to learn all facets of how a business runs whilst you play an integral role in helping coordinate and prepare projects and bids.
The Thales Graduate Program is a two-year program. What makes them different from the rest?

Starting in February each year and spanning two years in duration, the Graduate Program consists of a variety of learning modules in different locations nationally. As part of the graduate development program, graduates will also have the opportunity to work in project teams and develop innovative solutions for business and customer-related problems. The graduate program at Thales will see its graduates travel to various Thales Group Australia sites for the development modules.
