Management at Tibra Capital

There are different management styles however I have had a good experience with mine with them being very helpful even if a bit busy at times.

Some excellent managers and some that are very skilled but have poor inter-personal skills.

Very accessible, can be approached very easily

Accessible, and organised. No direct management. Feedback is limited

Pretty good. Have fortnightly catch ups to discuss anything. Haven't had too much focus on performance yet since current manager is relatively new but gives good feedback on the direction my work is currently taking.
