Your role
This role is designed to develop a Graduate’s career by providing the opportunity to gain hands-on experience combined with professional development. The Graduate will support the development and delivery of complex projects.
What you will be involved in:
Supporting the project management team during all phases of the project lifecycle including project planning, scoping and delivery.
Working cooperatively within a team, exchanging information and assisting other team members to achieve team objectives and work outcomes.
Building relationships with colleagues and partners outside Transport for NSW, sharing information and knowledge and skills, being empathetic to other areas of the business and understanding their pressures and challenges.
Recognizing the importance of customers and ensuring their satisfaction and safety is always a top priority, as recognizing customer needs and making sure promises and commitments are kept, and responding constructively to customer feedback and addressing issues raised.

Salary & benefits
The salary for this role earns an average of A$77,370 to A$85,105.

About you
To be qualified for this role:
You have recently (within the last two years or by December of the current year) completed a degree in Civil / Environmental / Coastal / Maritime Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant degrees with a focus on Maritime Infrastructure and the maritime industry.
You must have Australian/NZ citizenship or hold an Australian Permanent Residency.
You have a passion for maritime infrastructure and the maritime industry.
You have demonstrated proficiency in the use of corporate computing systems and applications.
You have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to proactively build strong relationships with an array of stakeholders.
