I am currently in digital in the ManEx department. My day to day is working on a digital project - creating dashboards to visualize data coming through from the factory.

Everyday looks different. I do however have a lot of autonomy and trust to complete a range of tasks on my own, and make key decision on influence to the business. I work collaboratively with supply chain, marketing and customer teams to make sure we have product in the right paces, the right prices and correct positions.

Currently in my sales rotation where I am either doing layouts and setting up builds at IGA stores, occasionally going into Coles and Woolworths trying to sale stuff to them. Or in Out of Home I am going to convenience stores trying to sell Ice Creams to stores who havent ordered in some time.

I am one of the customer development graduates, currently in my customer strategy planning (category) rotation. My day-to-day responsibilities differ based on customer needs, however I often help out with range reviews and strategy planning sessions. I also run monthly meetings for the team to update them on performance in the latest 4 weeks. I also help with any ad-hoc tasks that come up.

The role encourages a taster for different roles within the sector. Furthermore, allowing for stints at different sites located throughout ANZ. Choice of role is based on factors including business need, interests and opportunities for growth and development. Each role has different day to day activities and KPIs which can encourage different skill development. At this role, day to day include assessment of data for the factory, roll out of manufacturing principles to help achieve site and business goals, assessment of site use of digital and manufacturing principles, liaising with Leadership for current site issues, liaising with operators on current bottlenecks, breakdown issues and potential value projects, assessing the future and delivering a future plan to ensure growth of the site is achieved and linking with the ANZ team for support, sharing of knowledge and knowledge of business needs and roll out plans.
