At Ventia, the company culture is friendly and supportive, both at work and outside of it. In the office, the atmosphere is collaborative, with an open structure that makes it easy to communicate with people at all levels. Teamwork is key, and everyone supports each other to achieve common goals. This helps build strong relationships and makes the workplace feel like a close group of friends. Overall, Ventia offers a great mix of teamwork and social interaction, creating a welcoming environment both in and out of the office. Regarding hierarchy, regardless of being a graduate you are always made to feel as a part of the team, included in all team activities, travel, events and workshops alongside other managers which offers a great opportunity to grow as an individual, network and socialize with those who you don't know.

We maintain a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere with a flat structure that encourages open communication and teamwork. Employees are empowered to share ideas and take initiative. Cross selling collaboration is key in Ventia, with frequent team projects and a strong emphasis on mutual support and shared goals.

Hierarchy and interacting with people are a lot easier when in the more corporate offices, however on the operations side hierarchy is a bigger deal. For me as an introvert, socialising is challenging. I found it's hard for me to find 15mins with people in the company within office hours. I haven't gotten too many opportunities to interact outside of office hours. I find generally people are so focused on their own work that sometimes dealing with a grad is seen as time consuming. For the first few months in every rotation, it can be quite isolating.

Culture in the office is good, there's also conversation about work and life. Culture outside of work hours is also good, I always get a reply relatively soon after.

In the office depends on the team you are with, the team I am with at the moment is more social whereas the first rotation had more teamwork. After work/hours depends again on your team and the people you are close with - very limited in social.

Very diverse. Some opportunities to socialise, depending on team and contract.

Culture differs alot between teams but my experience has been very positive. Lots of flexibiility regarding in-person v WFH. Networking/socialising events could be held more often.

Culture is positive overall; people are collaborative and enjoy working together, and there are often outside of work social activities.

Everyone is friendly and kind, happy to talk or lend me a hand when needed.

Office culture is almost nothing. No one really works from the office and with such a widespread company majority of others are either at home or at an external site/base. I think everyone is really nice but i think everyone keeps to themselves quite a lot. There is minimal social life in the office environment, with most people by themselves each day. Nothing happens after hours. I went to one "networking" event, and I was the only one who showed up besides the organiser.

Very friendly, everyone is easy going no matter their title. Every team member is happy to have a chat whether it be during or after office hours.

My one year experience with my work colleagues from Adelaide, Wollongong and Palmerston North (New Zealand) have been very positive. Work colleagues are helpful and willing to mentor graduates and newcomers. The colleagues are very keen in getting involved in mentoring Graduate's career. The company work culture can be professional and casual depending on the situation. Colleagues can sometimes go out for coffee or lunch, just to develop positive work culture.

It's very diverse community and very comforting to speak to people in higher positions.

Our company's culture is good, with everyone in the office getting along and creating a friendly environment. One of the benefits of working on our floor is that we have several executive team members with offices on our level, so they are often walking around and interacting with people, particularly in my team.
