Working hours are very flexible, you also have the flexibility of working from home, regarding emergencies or out of work situations, they are very understanding if it affects your hours. As long as you complete your tasks on time there is no pressure to be in the office really early and leave really late.

Depends on your rotation but what I've found is hours are good generally I maintained the 8-hour workday for majority of my rotations. But with the sectors dealing with construction, they are very early starts (7am), which if you are not a morning person you may struggle with. I have worked in rotations that are fully online, hybrid and ones that have no flexibility it all depends on the team's culture.

There's rough working times - times to be in and times to finish work. Though, the teams I've worked with have been pretty flexible in when you arrive and leave so long as it's reasonable.

I think we are very flexible. It depends on who your manager is. I know other grads who have actually needed to increase there work hours, where mine encourage me to finish my work and leave early. But they are definitely very flexible, it usually doesn't matter when you start/finish, as long as the work gets done.

Right now, I have a flexible and accommodating team that allow me to work from home 1 day a week but previously I didn't have that. Overtime is not at all in my current package of being a Grad and I was once made to work from 8:30 AM -7:30 PM while having fever and expected to come back to work the next day. Thank God, I have a good team now but , my friends in my Grad cohort aren't that lucky since most of the managers think they can do whatever they want with the Grads and get away with it.
