Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
My office in Adelaide city but sometimes am work from Regency office which is very close to house.

At Ventia, we have a open-plan layout which pushes forward the idea of collaboration and communication, while we also have quiet areas and rooms which provide spaces for focused work. The facilities are all modern, which consist of breakout rooms for meetings, kitchen, table tennis area, prayer room and a dedicated sick bay/first aid room. The office is located in a convenient area, making commuting easy. Lots and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby which are open till the evening as well. As for the dress code, it’s generally business casual. You can wear smart, comfortable clothing that’s appropriate for a professional setting.

The office features an open-plan layout with no private offices, creating a clean, vibrant atmosphere that fosters collaboration and a great work environment. The space is designed to be dynamic and engaging. The office is equipped with high-quality amenities, including monitor setups, ergonomic chairs, and adjustable tables, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment. The dress code is smart casual. While there's no need for suits or ties, we encourage a polished and professional appearance that reflects our company culture.

My first rotation the office was not in a good location, and I had no choice but to buy a car. The newer offices are in good locations all of the offices have available parking. All of them except the head office usually only have up to two female toilets (a lot only have one), which is pretty inconvenient. As for the office itself they are okay in terms of space. Dress code isn't super strict more business casual.

The office space and facilities are very good, location is a bit bothersome for car parking and trains but we don't go into the office that often.

The office space are somewhat clean and practical - the new offices have nicer facilities. The dress code varies depending on location and what level you are sitting on. It is business/smart casual.

Business attire in office. Lots of offices around Sydney. Offices are constantly being renovated to accommodate growing business.

Sydney office is a very standard office but we are upgrading in March 2025 to a very nice one. All the other offices (e.g. Melbourne/Auckland) are great.

The office location I work at is fine with enough space for employees and close to public transport. Dress code is more casual than some other companies.

Overall, the office has lots of space and areas that aren't desks where you can sit down. It also has a lot of rooms you can book for meetings or quite times. Kitchen facilities are also available like microwaves and coffee machines so hot drinks can always be made and readily accessible.

Location in Perth is adequate.

Beautiful set up, just a shame no one is here. The actual building is in a dodgy part of time and away from the main CBD. There are several food options surrounding us, with an awesome grocery store as well. The office is set up into rows of desks. Which are meant to be hot desks but it is very annoying as some people follow this and most do not. We have a desk booking system where nearly everyone doesn't use and you end up have someone sitting in the desk/room you have booked. I think the desks are very spread nicely, there is a lot of room between each person. There are lockers here which we can use that is great. Also, on the desks heaps of the monitors don't even work. Or there isn't a charger connected. Some are set up with standing desks and others aren't. The facilities are nice and new. Nice big kitchen, fridges, coffee machine, free breakfast etc. Bathrooms are fine I guess. There are couches and seats around the office for a more "non formal" spot to talk to people. The meeting rooms are good too, but because the floor itself is small, there aren't many rooms available and those days where there are lots of people in the office, you can sometimes be left without a closed meeting room. The dress code is very casual. It goes from full suits to jeans and surf shirts. I think this is great. Our brand department has bought out lots of Ventia branded hoodies and jumpers and lots of people wear these around the office too, which I think softens the vibe.

There is open space, but the desk are hotdesk. We have to book our desk every time, which is annoying. There is no fixed cubicle desk for our privacy and people often speak loud that it really interrupts us while we are working.

Clean, smart casual and quiet environment

Company's office space, location and facilities depend on the nature. Some offices are big , brand new and modern. Others can be small, old and a bit run downed. Heavy industries requires a stricter uniform policy like Hi-Vis and PPE. Office environment has a laid-back dress code. You can wear office wears, to office uniform or smart casual dress code.

Spacious, however, bad for meetings in the general area as there aren't barriers to block noise

The office space is not bad, office is located in a good location, plenty of restaurant and Caffee nearby, the dress code is very flexible not strict.
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Apr 2023
The offices are good and has a lot of breathing space (Personal space to work). We have good end trip facilities. Dress is semi casual but not too stringent on dress code.
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Apr 2023
Our main office in Sydney is located in North Sydney and has three floors. Each floor has a kitchenette and there's a larger kitchen on the middle floor with a view of the harbour. The dress code is professional during the week, and casual on Friday's, and people are encouraged to wear company branded tshirts/polos/hoodies
