Culture at Visagio

9.4
9.4 rating for Culture, based on 16 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Visagio's culture is defined by its welcoming and supportive environment, where the well-being of every team member is genuinely prioritized. One of the most distinctive aspects of the company is its flat hierarchy, which I truly appreciate. This structure promotes a sense of shared responsibility and ensures that everyone, regardless of their role, has equal opportunities to work on real-world client challenges and contribute meaningfully. The collaborative spirit is strong, with colleagues always ready to assist and encourage open communication. No one hesitates to ask questions or seek help, knowing that there is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support. This culture extends beyond office hours as well, fostering both professional growth and personal connection among team members.

People are really friendly and helpful at work and we also have a lot of events after hours

As mentioned before, the company hierarchy is very flat, you can interact and expected to ask help to anyone in the company no matter how senior they are. They have monthly after hours event.

Within the office, the people are so nice. Everyone is always looking out for each other. We are curious to learn more about the people we work with. Even after hours, as someone who moved from another city to Perth, it couldn't be any better. The people at work are asking if I wanted to meetup and socialize after work. The people at work also offer to take me around the city to feel more comfortable being here. The structure and the hierarchy is also very flat. Having a flat hierarchy means everyone is eager to learn from each other regardless of their experience within the company. This is so valuable as it means each and every one of the individuals are valued for their past experiences and opinions. Having social clubs within the company allows individuals to also socialize with colleagues outside of work. Fostering this friendly environment is amazing as it encourages colleagues to come to work from their own will.

In the office people are easy going and no pressure at all

We have a lot of company events both social and personal development, which is a great way to get to know everyone and to do things outside of project work. In the social club we have events such as quiz nights, happy hours, darts etc. which occur every month. The company has a very clear flat hierarchy, and from day one you are able to interact with everyone, no matter how long they have been around for. There are partners who are points of contact for any help within a project or needing time off around studies etc. but we all sit together and even as an intern I feel well respected as an employee.

Great culture in the office and after hours. Very easy to socialise with colleagues and managers. Great career acceleration with promotion opportunities every 6 months.

Horizontal hierarchal structure is great usually, but can lead to confusion at times (but is much more preferable than would be working at a more corporate consultancy). Cooperation and teamwork are 10/10 everyone seems so willing to help and teach and support each other. I feel very included and welcomed even though I'm fairly new.

Great team and colleagues. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. There is no 'boss' in the company. The partners and seniors are extremely friendly and treat you as their equal. The only minus thing is the main office is in Perth and the Sydney office is still small.

It's an amazing culture of camaraderie and respect. Where everyone collaborates and helps each other.

We are tightly knit and the company feels like my second family

I would say this is one of the strongest points of Visagio. We have a very collaborative and friendly culture during work hours, which leads to a lot of consultants hanging out together after hours, or even plannning trips together. Visagio is a very flat organisation, so much so you would rarely know which level (positon) a certain consultant is, the role you will play in a project is way more based on how you will add value to that scope of work, rather than how many years you have been in the company.
