Job Satisfaction at Visagio

As a Technology Consultant Intern at Visagio, my primary responsibility is to support my team in driving project success by actively contributing to discussions and helping to develop tailored solutions for specific client challenges. A key part of my role is listening, learning, and gaining insights into what it takes to become an effective consultant. We hold daily meetings each morning, where we discuss project updates, review individual tasks and responsibilities, and explore ways to enhance our approach and outcomes. This consistent communication ensures that we remain aligned and proactive in delivering high-quality results to our clients.

It's really inspiring and I can learn a lot from different projects

Depending on the project, but after few months in you can be the lead on the project supported by your success and grow. That's a very good opportunity

I am satisfied with the work I do as I can clearly see the impact I have at work. Although I may be a graduate, here in Visagio, with the flat hierarchy system, I am doing work that has an impact. This allows me to stay motivated and always push for the better. Some responsibilities even include leading client meetings, create weekly slide decks for the clients, creating technical dashboards and reports for the clients etc. Furthermore, we have internal initiatives, such as recruitment which help employees learn more about the company and feel invested. By doing these things, work feels fun, and I think that is the most important part.

Engage with clients, gather their requirements and implement them with certain technologies. Present the product to them and collect their feedback

As a management consultant intern, we work through different projects. I have been part of the company for 3 months now and have been part of 2 projects. One working in Power Apps and currently working in Power BI which has been really enjoyable. I am also part of the engagement team so help plan events within the company. My day-to-day involves working on the project, asking for questions and help when I need some extra guidance, meeting with clients to keep them updated on the project as well as internal meetings so everyone knows what each other is up to.

Liaise with client to deliver innovative data-driven solutions.

It can be interesting work. I like innovating and spreading good management practices, but I work our clients do doesn't resonate with me. I'd rather be working to support companies that more align with my values, but I also appreciate that Visagio is careful about who they chose to partner with.

Coding

As a technical consultant, I work on technical projects understanding the user needs, working together with the client to design solution that will meet those needs and implementing it.

There is hardly any glass ceiling and sky is truly the limit. We get a lot of freedom within our project work.

I'm currently working on analytics projects, so most of my day is spent analysing data and generating insights through dashboards or presentations. Another part of it is understanding the scope of work, liasing with clients and also supporting some of the internal initiatives.
