Some partners are accessible some are not. Some can be a good mentors but some are too busy.

The partners and employees who have been part of the company for longer are great mentors and everyone is very approachable and helpful. It is a flat hierarchy, so they are also very easy to access and if they're not in the office with you, are able to be reached via email or chat. When you begin you are assigned a buddy (a fellow consultant who has been part of the company for longer) and a mentor (a partner). After completing my first project I also got great constructive feedback which was very helpful for my development.

Managers are approachable and friendly. Each team member is allocated a manager as a mentor. My mentor provides great performance feedback.

Senior consultants and partners are very accessible (though partners are quite busy)

Even though my seniors are all based in Perth (and I am in Sydney), they usually answer quickly even in weird hours. They teach me a lot of stuff and guide me in almost every step.

There's a lot of internal communication. Partners are accessible. You're assigned a mentor on day 1 and that person guides your growth.
