Having frequent trails and trainings, volunteered to join

There is no formal training although there is "Uni Visagio" that provides training on essential aspect for consultant. I do believe the structure could be better and new starter could be on boarded better. Training includes excel, PowerPlatform, SQL, Industry knowledge.

Colleague will give you suggestions on how to learn a new skill, and they are more than happy to help you as long as you are proactive

When I began, we had 2 orientation days involving company introductions, as well as things such as learning good communication. I have also participated in SQL training and did the Power BI trainings on UniVisagio. Along the way I've had lots of help learning these things as well as Power Apps during my recent project.
