Corporate Social Responsibility at Viva Energy Australia

Working on NAIDOC week and Sustainability Week, I have seen first hand our company's commitment to CSR and how we continuously work towards achieving CSR goals.

We do tree planting and sustainable events as well as volunteering days like preparing meals with the big umbrella to combat the cost-of-living crisis.

Consistent charity work and support of First Nation, through company-wide talks and initiatives, as well as a solid reconciliation action plan.

The projects I've been involved on usually involve improving quality of life tools for various departments or BAU tasks to ensure business can return back to their usual functionality and capacity.

There are always seminars on different social issues - The culture of the company emphasises attendance at these activities as well, which I find just as important as having the activities in the first place.
