In the office everyone is always chatty, with say hello and have a casual conversation. Although, there is a vertical structure, even senior staff are always happy to help me as a grad and offer advise. After hours, grads like to catch up every now and then.

People are incredibly warm, open to help and all have different personalities. You don't feel too far from the senior staff. VER has monthly social event, but even without participating everyone are great to socialise with.

The company has a positive culture, with leaders in both my own department and in others generally being highly accessible and supportive. The day-to-day work has a healthy social element, and my team catch up for post-work drinks etc. on a regular basis.

Viva has an amazing culture, everyone is really approachable and eager to assist if you ever have any queries. There are regular social events you can get involved with both at the office and outside, which is great for meeting new people across the business.

The culture is very strong at VEA. In marketing, there's a lot of cross collaboration with different teams especially when executing a marketing campaign. After hours, there's different social activities with the social club as well as monthly drinks in the office with everyone.

Even though I am only a graduate and new, I feel on the same level of inclusivity and value to the team as the rest of my colleagues - no one is above anyone else. There are always opportunities and events held by the company to increase engagement and teamwork.

The company focuses on team collaboration and makes sure every opinion is captured and heard. There are many chances to networks especially during after work hours during drinks and events

The company has really good respect for work/life balance and encourages you to 'switch off' when you get home. There's a very big support for the transition to full-time work including mentors, buddies, support/info sessions and check-ins. The culture also supports flexible work, you can vary your start/finish time and have some work from home days. There is no expectation to work outside of your working hours. My department is very friendly/fun. Most people are very social and every once in a while, we have a team activity with a focus on getting outside. In the graduate program you have about 10 peers that the company encourages you to socialise with, and even funds/organises some of them.

The organisation is relatively flat. However there is a culture of cooperation and this stems from the willingness of everyone to make an effort with other people no matter the department, or how high up in the organisation the individuals are. There is a large degree of flexibility in terms of office and after hours expectations, there is freedom provided that the work gets done.
