I work in a P&C Ops Analyst role where I assist with payroll duties and I also have been lucky enough to engage in projects like our recruitment ATS development and operator recruitment campaign.

I mostly handle the BAU (business as usual) tasks in cyber security. Tickets and security assessments.

I enjoy my role in sustainability and my day to day tasks however I do feel sometimes I lack enough work to keep me going on a daily basis

My day-to-day responsibilities vary. I have covered a number of operational roles. Otherwise, it is project-based work and some ad hoc admin in between. I'm across a variety of departments under supply and trading and have day-to-day responsibilities related to each of them.

I am really satisfied with my work but being a graduate, I wish the team I belong to catered more for graduates' skill development.

The day to day is never the same, so if you're hoping for variation in your daily routine its definitely the place for you. You are not going to be sitting behind a desk all day, you have to get into the mess

Contract management, catalogue management, emails, escalations with maintenance and waste providers, supplier onboarding, various projects as required by the team

Currently responsible for administrative task, low-stake liase with stakeholders and understanding the organisation.

I can do anything from site visits, surveying to engineering calculations, scheduling and proposing budgets to senior staff.

I've been operating as an assistant category manager, managing existing suppliers (& sourcing new ones), determining prices, making ranging decisions, organising and executing promotions, overseeing distribution and managing advertising revenue for a product category sold in our retail network. This involves juggling a variety of internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring sales and margin targets are maintained and aligned to budgeted growth rates.

In the People Operations team we are responsible for processing system changes such as rem increases and promotions, maintaining and updating employee position and job information, contract variations, onboarding, offboarding, and managing incoming queries in the People inbox.

My "everyday" is different. Whilst working as a marketing graduate, I'm exposed to many different campaigns in different teams. My role involves supporting the newsletter send out, monthly CRM reporting, local area marketing, social media managements, assisting in campaign feedback and approvals.

As a product support engineer graduate, I receive B2B queries from customers (mining companies, sugar mills, etc) regarding what product in our range is most suitable for the application. This also comes from internal people, such as key account managers of the company. Continuous improvement is important in this role and going out of our way to improve the customer's function beyond their expectations.

My role as a graduate involves working on a combination of BAU and project work. Recently, I've been heavily involved in project work and interacting with various stakeholders in the company to gather requirements and complete my set tasks.

My role is very varied, which is exactly what I was after. Within the department I'm working on multiple projects in different areas of the site. My projects are generally medium-long term projects. There is a good amount of product research and stakeholder engagement in my role to come up with solutions to resolve/improve what is currently in place. As my projects are medium-long term I don't have any specific day to day responsibilities, so I self-manage my tasks for each day and ask for help/report my progress updates to my line manager as I go. Also generally, my day could be any combination of office work, working from home, meetings, training and site walks.

The team that I am in is very dynamic, given the ever-shifting nature of new industries. Day-to-day activities for me include making progress on the current team project, and balancing competing priority projects so that I can complete my tasks in a timely and quality manner.
