I think we are paid very well for graduates, and I think our work is definitely recognized. I feel there could be more in the way of increases as we get further into rotations and become a more integral part of the company and have been there a longer time.

Haven't received a bonus yet so can't comment.

For a graduate, we are compensated at a higher rate than other companies however, the compensation is different depending on whether you're a VEA or VER employee which is unfair for a split cohort who was employed together all by VEA. Those who have been selected to go to VER by VEA have drawn the short straw. As a VER employee, we don't receive bonuses - VEA grads in my same cohort do...

Until we are employed by the company for 1 year, we do not receive perks (in VER). Unfortunately, that means I personally don't receive the company perks yet.
