In this role, you will be responsible for helping to influence acquisition, loyalty and customer experience through our digital operations and communication platforms.
You will bring much to the role. You will have digital operations experience, preferably in the automotive industry or an affiliated premium brand.
You’ll have a proven track record of initiating, briefing, developing and executing digital projects as well as experience in managing digital agencies and suppliers to support digital activity. You will also need exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, along with strong communication skills and an eye for detail. Finally, you will need to have experience in using CRM systems (eg. Salesforce).
Reporting to the Digital Operations and Innovations Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage and develop the Audi Store in collaboration with the Aftersales team and directly manage the communications, media, social, SEO & SEM of the Audi Store in consultation with Marketing Communications and other internal stakeholders
Manage baseline SEO for Audi website platforms and work with digital agencies on improvements and reporting
Manage internal and external stakeholders/agencies to develop and improve Digital Operations
Provide support to Audi dealers for the improvement of their websites and engage digital agencies as needed
Management of the CRO program across the Audi Store and assist with CRO management across other Audi websites
Support the strategic ecommerce roadmap and implementation of initiatives to maximise revenue
Project manage site updates on audi.com.au and dealer websites by engaging Audi Australia departments and agencies as needed
Help develop and optimise lead generation through to allocation, follow-up and reporting from customer platforms across the digital touchpoints
Implement and streamline processes for effective content management across the Audi website(s) ensuring clear ownership of department-specific content
