Your role

Audi Australia Pty Ltd is looking to appoint a motivated Intern within the Sales Department in Audi Australia to support the team with the strong growth that the company is experiencing.

This is an exciting Sydney-based full-time opportunity in the head office in Australia, reporting to the Supply Chain Specialist on a 12-month contract. You may have the opportunity to work with other team members within the department as well as directly with the Director of the Department. You will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting the team members to achieve the departmental mission by:
  • Assist, prepare, and issue analysis and reports to internal and external stakeholders including production, wholesales, long-term planning, historical market trends, and sales planning.
  • Assist and prepare presentations and research reports on the Australian New Car Market.
  • Track and monitor production activities using internal factory systems.
  • Assist with email queries in internal mailboxes.
  • Document standard operating procedures and analyse business processes.
  • Assist Sales Operations with administrative duties.
  • Data entry and maintenance.

About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

  • A background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong data visualisation, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English with effective communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to work autonomously and work well under time pressure.
  • A willingness to learn and seek out constructive feedback.
  • Team-player attitude; punctual, reliable, and empathetic.
