The Australian College of Nursing Institute of Leadership is proud to announce the Let's Talk Leadership series. The series, hosted by ACN CEO Adjunct Professor Kylie Ward FACN, highlights high-profile leaders who share their triumphs and lessons learnt. We are delighted to introduce Wendy McCarthy AO as the speaker at our next event in Sydney.
Wendy McCarthy AO has dedicated much of her life to increasing access to health and education and women's right to choose – whether it be their profession, their marital status, or to exercise their reproductive rights.
Join us for an intimate evening and hear how as a young woman, Wendy McCarthy realised that she had a choice in life: to either mould her behaviour to suit society, or to change the system itself. Needless to say, she took the latter path.
