Course structure

The programme comprises coursework (90 points) and a dissertation (30 points), which are completed over one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study.

The coursework includes a core course in research methods, plus a further five courses in property that cover topics such as valuation, market behaviour, international property markets, market analysis, property finance and investment, GIS and property analysis.
