Master of Property

You will develop knowledge and skills across a range of property disciplines including management, development, finance and investment, valuation, market analysis, and marketing. You will be exposed to advanced theoretical concepts surrounding property markets and develop the analytical skills required to engage with contemporary property issues.

The MProp is a 120 or 180-point specialist masters degree that builds on an undergraduate property degree.

The MProp (180 point) is a 12 or 15-month taught specialist masters comprising coursework and a short dissertation. If you have a first degree you can pursue an advanced specialised qualification in the same discipline.

If you have completed a BProp (Hons) or equivalent, you may be eligible to undertake a 120-point MProp degree by research comprising a supervised thesis.
