Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Supportive and accommodating culture in office which includes team building and practicing gratitude. Opportunities to gather as a team for social events outside work hours.

Quite poor, I have not felt included by my colleagues, my supervisors are great however everyone else is so stressed for time
Graduate, Melbourne - 17 Jun 2024
The culture at work is amazing. During work hours, everyone is very social at lunch and we all chat in the lunch room or get coffee together during breaks. I don't feel like there is a hierarchy (in a bad way), as I feel listened to and equal to my colleagues. The multidisciplinary team is so beneficial when working with shared clients. After hours, we occasionally catch up for social events and we complete fun team bonding afternoons.
Graduate, Newcastle - 06 Jun 2024
Colleagues have chances to meet at breakfast and dinner outside work. There are other social events organised by the company and/or colleagues.

We are informed well of any changes to policies and procedures. We have office days once a month to come together as a team (COVID permitting). Quarterly social afternoon.

I haven't experienced much as I've been with a company for only three weeks only. However, as far as I know there are multiple opportunities to share knowledge among various disciplines (ET, SP) through meetings, chats and also to socialise with others by participating in social events to get to know each other well.
Graduate, North Brisbane - 07 Feb 2022
team is very friendly and chill. Team members always willing to help out. Have a close knit of friends I can rely on during and after work.
Graduate, Melbourne - 04 Feb 2022
There seems to be a big focus on culture within the company, with consideration given to how new staff will fit into a given team before hiring or promoting. All staff appear friendly and are open to assisting new graduates to learn.
