The culture at work is amazing. During work hours, everyone is very social at lunch and we all chat in the lunch room or get coffee together during breaks…The multidisciplinary team is so beneficial when working with shared clients. After hours, we occasionally catch up for social events and we complete fun team bonding afternoons.

There are training on LGBTIQA and different cultures.

I like the culture that is inclusive and supportive.

My supervisor is amazing. I can message her at any time, we have weekly supervision and I can request additional supervision if I need it.

The office space is good, but can be frustrating not having my own desk, as it is a hot desk system.

It was an efficient system. I attended an online session and then went to the interview.

The graduate pay is good, however I was hoping for closer to $80,000 + super.

We have monthly in services and discipline specific meetings, and these are extremely educational and beneficial.

Work is extremely flexible with my work times. As long as I complete 38 hours per week, I usually start and finish at different times each day.
